Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and eNets.
Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
Customers are required to provide bank remittance advice or payment confirmation after payment has been made.
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
An official invoice will be issued via email for all confirmed orders.

Lead Time
Production lead time will commence upon artwork confirmation and receipt of full payment.
Lead time is calculated based on working days only. and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Same-Day Delivery

For same-day delivery services, orders and artwork files must be submitted before 11:00 AM.

Orders meeting the submission deadline will be delivered by 8:00 PM on the same day.

Customers who submit their own artwork are responsible for ensuring that all files comply with the required specifications stated above.

Ad Imaging Solutions will not be responsible for checking, correcting, or notifying customers if the submitted artwork does not meet the required specifications. Any issues resulting from incorrect file preparation will be the responsibility of the customer.
